French Guiana is a Department and Overseas Region of France. It is part of the French Customs territory. The general customs regulations are with minor exceptions, the same as those in metropolitan France. For required documentation, refer to France.

Import Licenses are required for a few goods, such as; agricultural products, oil, natural gas, pyrotechnical products, sporting guns and ammunition.
